摘要 “一带一路”的倡议为中国民族音乐文化的繁荣和国际传播带来了新的契机,须紧紧抓住这一历史机遇。通过构建中国民族音乐文化国际传播认同体系、创新中国民族音乐文化国际传播内容体系、完善中国民族音乐文化国际立体传播体系、建立长效中国民族音乐文化交流协作机制来提升中国民族音乐文化品牌影响力,从而更好地服务和支持“一带一路”倡议。 The implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative has brought new opportunities for the prosperity of Chinese national music culture and provided unlimited possibilities for promoting the international spread of Chinese national music culture.We must firmly grasp this historical opportunity to enhance the brand influence of Chinese national music culture so as eventually to serve and support the Belt and Road Initiative.Under the guidance of the Belt and Road Initiative,the international spread of Chinese national music culture can be achieved by constructing the system of identity,by innovating the system of communication content,by improving the system of three-dimensional communication,and by establishing a mechanism of long-acting cooperation.
