资生肾气丸对痛风大鼠GSH、NF-κΒ表达水平的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的:观察资生肾气丸对痛风大鼠血清中谷胱甘肽(GSH)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)及大鼠滑膜核因子κΒ(NF-κΒ)的表达水平的影响,探讨资生肾气丸防治痛风的作用机制。方法:将105只SD大鼠随机分为空白组(BG)、模型组(MG)、中药对照组(CMCG)、西药对照组(WMCG)及资生肾气丸复方低、中、高观察组(ZSD-L/M/HG)7组,每组15只。采用尿酸钠(MSU)联合氧嗪酸钾(OXO)注射建立大鼠痛风模型,检测各组大鼠血清中GSH、GSH-Px含量,检测大鼠滑膜组织中NF-κΒ含量。结果:MG和BG的GSH、GSH-Px和NF-κΒ含量比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);WMCG、ZSD-MG、ZSD-HG的GSH、GSH-Px和NF-κΒ含量与MG比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);ZSD-MG与CMCG比较,GSH、GSH-Px和NF-κΒ含量差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与WMCG比较,GSH、GSH-Px和NF-κΒ含量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:资生肾气丸可调控痛风大鼠GSH、GSH-Px和NF-κΒ的表达,对痛风具有防治作用。 Objective:To observe the effects of Zisheng Shenqi Pills on expression of GSH,GSH-Px and NF-κΒin gouty rats and to explore the mechanism of Zisheng Shenqi Decoction in the treatment of the gout.Methods:A total of 105 rats were randomly divided into 7 groups:a blank control group,a model group,a Chinese medicine control group,a western medicine control group,high,medium,low dosage Zisheng Shenqi Pills group,with 15 rats in each group.The uric acid sodium and oxygen polybenzoxazines potassium were used to induce rat gouty arthritis model.The concentration of serum GSH and GSH-Px and the contents of synovial NF-κΒin rats were detected.Results:The differences of GSH,GSH-Px and NF-κΒlevel between the model group and the blank group had statistical significance(P<0.01).The expression of GSH,GSH-Px and NF-κΒin model group was also apparently different from that in western medicine control group,high and medium dosage Zisheng Shenqi Pills group,and the differences had statistical significance(P<0.01).The expression of GSH,GSH-Px and NF-κΒin medium dosage herbal group was apparently different from that in Tongfengshu control group(P<0.05),and had not apparently difference from Colchicine control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Zisheng Shenqi Pills can control the expression of GSH,GSH-Px and NF-κΒin gout rats.It has certain curative effect with gout.
