摘要
目的:探讨微创手术对高血压基底节脑出血患者生活质量及脑功能恢复效果的影响。方法:82例高血压基底节脑出血患者,按电脑数字表法随机分为两组,每组各41例,对照组行常规开颅手术治疗,试验组予以微创手术治疗,对比两组疗效及患者生活质量、脑功能恢复情况。结果:试验组并发症发生率(7.32%)较对照组(24.39%)低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后,试验组格拉斯哥昏迷评分、Karnofsky功能状态评分均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后,试验组健康调查简表较对照组高,美国国立卫生研究院制定的卒中量表评分较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:微创手术治疗高血压基底节脑出血并发症少,可有效改善患者预后,进而提升其生活质量、促进脑功能恢复。
Objective:To explore the effect of minimally invasive surgery on the quality of life and the recovery of brain function in patients with hypertensive basal ganglia cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:82 hypertensive patients with basal ganglia cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into two groups according to the computer numerical table method,with 41 patients in each group.The control group received conventional craniotomy and the experimental group received minimally invasive surgery.The efficacy,quality of life and recovery of brain function was compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence rate of complications in the experimental group(7.32%)was lower than that(24.39%)in the control group(P<0.05).After surgery,the Glasgow coma score and Karnofsky functional status score of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The score of the MOS item short from health survey in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the score of National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group postoperatively(P<0.05).Conclusion:Minimally invasive surgery for the treatment of hypertensive basal ganglia cerebral hemorrhage has fewer complications,which can effectively improve the prognosis of patients,thereby improving their quality of life and promoting brain function recovery.
