醋酸亮丙瑞林微球在子宫腺肌病合并不孕患者行体外受精-胚胎移植治疗中的应用

Application of Leuprolide acetate microsphere in the treatment of adenomyosis combined with infertility in patients undergoing IVF-ET

目的:探讨醋酸亮丙瑞林微球(贝依)在子宫腺肌病合并不孕患者行体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)治疗中的应用。方法:64例行IVF-ET治疗的不孕患者,其中30例由于输卵管因素与其他因素引起不孕的子宫正常者为对照组,34例因子宫腺肌病伴有不孕者为研究组,分析研究组给予贝依后的疗效并对比两组行IVF-ET治疗的疗效。结果:研究组治疗后子宫体积[(84.24±23.74)cm^3]小于治疗前[(179.35±35.85)cm^3](t=12.90,P<0.01);两组临床妊娠率、胚胎种植率、流产率对比均无统计学差异(P>0.05);研究组治疗后妊娠成功者的双原核率、受精率与优质胚胎率均较妊娠失败者高(P<0.05)。结论:贝依可以有效改善子宫腺肌病合并不孕患者的子宫体积,对其进行IVF-ET治疗可以改善其妊娠结局。

Objective:To investigate the application of leuprolide acetate microspheres(Bey)in the treatment of adenomyosis combined with infertility in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET).Methods:64 cases of infertility patients were treated with IVF-ET,of which 30 cases of normal uterus with tubal factors and other factors led to the infertility were used as the control group,and 34 cases of adenomyosis complicated with infertility were used as the study group.The curative effect after the treatment of Bey in the study group was analyzed and the curative effect after the treatment of IVF-ET was compared between the two groups.Results:The uterine volume[(84.24±23.74)cm 3]of the study group after treatment was smaller than that before treatment[(179.35±35.85)cm 3](t=12.90,P<0.01).The clinical pregnancy rate,embryo implantation rate,and abortion rate were compared between the two groups,and there were no statistical differences(P>0.05).After treatment,the rates of double pronuclei,fertilization,and high-quality embryos in patients with successful pregnancy were higher than those in patients with failed pregnancy(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bey can effectively improve the uterine volume of patients with adenomyosis combined with infertility,and IVF-ET treatment can improve their pregnancy outcomes.
