DHS与PFNA治疗外侧壁危险型股骨粗隆间骨折的效果观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨动力髋螺钉(DHS)与股骨近端抗旋髓内钉(PFNA)治疗外侧壁危险型股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果。方法回顾性分析86例外侧壁危险型股骨粗隆间骨折患者的临床资料。根据术中内固定方式不同分为DHS组和PFNA组,各43例。比较两组围术期参数、髋关节功能评分及术后不良事件发生情况。结果PFNA组患者手术切口长度、手术时间及术中失血量均少于DHS组(P<0.01);术后1个月和3个月,PFNA组髋关节功能评分高于DHS组(P<0.01),术后不良事件发生率低于DHS组(P<0.05)。结论PFNA内固定术治疗外侧壁危险型股骨粗隆间骨折,可以减少对机体的损伤,改善髋关节功能,降低不良事件发生风险,利于患者康复。
