摘要
目的观察无创分娩对初产妇早期盆底功能的影响分析。方法将2018年1月~2019年1月在中山大学附属第八医院(深圳福田)产科收治的初产妇总计108例,根据治疗方法分组,采取无创分娩方式54例设置为实验组,而采取有创分娩(侧切)方式54例设置为对照组。比较两组初产妇分娩前与分娩后3个月时盆底肌压力及肌力收缩持续时间、性功能评分,产后盆底障碍性疾病发生率。结果分娩后3个月,实验组初产妇盆底肌压力、肌力收缩持续时间、性功能各项评分明显高于对照组,实验组初产妇产后盆底障碍性疾病发生率为7.40%,明显少于对照组24.07%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无创分娩对初产妇,对盆底肌压力及肌力收缩持续时间,性功能评分影响均较小,减少了产后盆底肌功能障碍性疾病的发生率。
Objective To observe and analyze effects of noninvasive delivery on early pelvic floor function of primipara.Methods One hundred and eight primipara who were admitted and treated in department of obstetrics in the Eighth Hospital of Sun Yat-Sen University(Futian,Shenzhen)from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected.According to the treatment methods,they were divided into two groups.Fifty-four patients who underwent noninvasive delivery were set as the experimental group while 54 patients who underwent invasive delivery(side cut)were set as the control group.The pelvic floor muscle pressure,duration of muscle contraction,sexual function score and incidence of postpartum pelvic floor disease of 3 months before delivery and after delivery were compared between the two groups.Results On three months after delivery,the pelvic floor muscle pressure,duration of muscle contraction,and sexual function scores of the primipara in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The incidence of postpartum pelvic floor disorders in the experimental group(7.40%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(24.07%).The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Non-invasive delivery has small effects on the pelvic floor muscle pressure,duration of muscle contraction and sexual function scores of primipara,which reduces the incidence of postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction.
