麦粒灸结合独活济生汤治疗外感证型产后身痛的临床观察

Clinical observation on grain-moxibustion combined with Duhuo Jisheng decoction in treatment of postpartum pain of exogenous syndrome

目的观察探讨麦粒灸结合独活济生汤治疗外感证型产后身痛的临床疗效。方法以我院2018年2月~2019年2月门诊收治的90例产后身痛中医辨证为外感证的患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为三组各30例。观察组予麦粒灸结合独活济生汤治疗,对照Ⅰ组予以麦粒灸治疗,对照Ⅱ组予以独活寄生汤治疗。结果三组治疗前一般资料比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,三组VAS评分均比治疗前下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组下降程度比对照Ⅰ组、对照Ⅱ组更大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组、对照Ⅰ组、对照Ⅱ组分别有4、2、1例痊愈,16、7、5例显效,7、15、16例有效,3、6、8例无效,总有效率分别为90.00%、80.00%、73.33%。观察组疗效优于对照Ⅰ组、对照Ⅱ组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论麦粒灸结合独活济生汤治疗产后身痛外感证患者疗效良好。

Objective To observe clinical curative effects of grain-moxibustion combined with Duhuo Jisheng decoction in treatment of postpartum pain of exogenous syndrome.Methods 90 patients with postpartum pain who were with TCM syndrome differentiation as external sensation and treated in our outpatient department from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected as research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into three groups,with 30 cases in every group.The observation group was treated with grain-moxibustion combined with Duhuo Jisheng decoction,the control group I was treated with grain-moxibustion while the control groupⅡwas treated with Duhuo Jisheng decoction.Results The general data of the three groups before treatment were basically the same,with no statistical significance(P>0.05).VAS scores in all three groups decreased after treatment compared with that before treatment,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The decrease degree of the observation group was greater than that of the control groupⅠand control groupⅡ,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In observation group,control groupⅠand control groupⅡ,4 cases,2 cases and 1 case were cured,16 cases,7 cases and 5 cases has marked effects,7 cases,15 cases and 16 cases were effective and 3 cases,6 cases and 8 cases were invalid,respectively.The total effective rates of the observation group,control groupⅠand control groupⅡwere respectively 90.00%,80.00%,and 73.33%.The curative effect of observation group was better than that of control group I and control groupⅡ,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Grain-moxibustion combined with Duhuo Jisheng decoction in treatment of patients with postpartum pain of exogenous syndrome has good curative effects.
