左炔诺孕酮宫内给药系统治疗更年期功能性子宫出血的临床疗效分析

Analysis on clinical curative effects of levonorgestrel intrauterine delivery system in treatment of menopausal functional uterine bleeding

目的探讨左炔诺孕酮宫内给药系统治疗更年期功能性子宫出血的临床疗效。方法选取2014年1月~2018年12月本院更年期功能性子宫出血患者86例,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组43例,对照组给予米非司酮治疗,观察组在此基础上给予左炔诺孕酮宫内给药系统治疗。结果观察组治疗后的FSH、LH、E2水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组,观察组出血停止时间明显低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组和对照组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论左炔诺孕酮宫内给药系统能够有效治疗更年期功能性子宫出血,改善患者的性激素水平,且具有良好的安全性,值得临床作进一步推广。

Objective To explore the clinical curative effects of levonorgestrel intrauterine delivery system in treatment of menopausal functional uterine bleeding.Methods 86 patients with menopausal functional uterine bleeding in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2018 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mifepristone while the observation group was treated with levonorgestrel intrauterine delivery system on basis of it.Results After treatment,the levels of FSH,LH and E2 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the stopping time of bleeding in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was basically the same as that in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Levonorgestrel intrauterine delivery system can effectively treat menopausal functional uterine bleeding and improve the sex hormone levels of patients.It has good safety,which is worthy of further clinical promotion.
