产后出血患者应用卡前列素氨丁三醇、米索前列醇和缩宫素联合治疗的效果观察

Observation on curative effects of carboprost tromethamine, misoprostol combined with oxytocin in treatment of patients with postpartum hemorrhage

目的探讨产后出血患者应用卡前列素氨丁三醇、米索前列醇和缩宫素联合治疗的效果。方法选取我院2017年2月~2019年2月接受治疗的86例产后出血患者,根据随机数字表法平均分为参照组与试验组,每组43例。参照组住院治疗期间给予米索前列醇和缩宫素联合治疗,试验组住院治疗期间给予前列素氨丁三醇、米索前列醇和缩宫素联合治疗的方式,观察两组患者治疗后的止血时间、出血量、用药前及用药后不同时间段的血红蛋白水平、不良反应发生情况与治疗效果。结果治疗后,试验组患者在止血时间、出血量、血红蛋白水平改善等方面均优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组的不良反应发生率为6.98%,参照组的不良反应发生率为23.26%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组患者的治疗有效率为97.67%,明显高于参照组79.07%的治疗有效率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在产后出血患者的治疗中采用卡前列素氨丁三醇、米索前列醇和缩宫素联合治疗的方式,能够显著缩短出血时间,减少出血量,促进出血患者血红蛋白水平的恢复,治疗效果明显,值得在临床中应用与推广。

Objective To explore the curative effects of carboprost tromethamine,misoprostol combined with oxytocin in treatment of patients with postpartum hemorrhage.Methods 86 patients with postpartum hemorrhage who were treated in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2019 were selected.The patients participating in the trial were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the numerical table method,with 43 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with misoprostol combined with oxytocin during hospitalization while patients in the experimental group were treated with carboprost tromethamine,misoprostol combined with oxytocin.The hemostatic time,blood loss,hemoglobin level before medication and at different time periods after medication,adverse reactions and curative effects of the two groups were observed.Results After treatment,the patients in the experimental group were better than the reference group in terms of hemostatic time,blood loss and hemoglobin level,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 6.98%and 23.26%in the experimental group,with statistically significant differences between groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the effective rate of treatment of the experimental group was 97.67%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(79.07%),and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Carboprost tromethamine,misoprostol combined with oxytocin in treatment of patients with postpartum hemorrhage can significantly shorten the bleeding time,reduce blood loss and promote the recovery of hemoglobin level.It has significant curative effects,which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
