经皮血管支架置入治疗复杂先心病外科术后肺动脉分支狭窄的护理配合

Nursing cooperation of postoperative pulmonary artery branch stenosis after percutaneous vascular stent placement for complicated congenital heart disease

目的研究经皮血管支架置入治疗复杂先心病外科术后肺动脉分支狭窄的护理配合。方法从2017年1月~2018年1月我院收治的经皮血管支架置入治疗复杂先心病外科术后肺动脉分支狭窄患者中抽取120例为研究对象,给予常规组(n=60例)常规护理,给予优质组(n=60例)围术期优质护理。评价两组患者不同护理后临床效果、并发症发生率、护理满意度以及生活质量的差异性。结果优质组护理有效率为91.67%,明显高于常规组(P<0.05);优质组患者并发症发生率为5%,明显低于常规组(P<0.05);优质组护理满意度评分为(90.09±0.41)分,明显高于常规组(P<0.05);优质组患者总体健康(GH)、生理功能(PF)、生理职能(RP)、躯体疼痛(BP)、生命活力(VT)、社会功能(SF)、情感职能(RE)、心理健康(MH)评分值,均明显高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论围术期优质护理对经皮血管支架置入治疗复杂先心病外科术后肺动脉分支狭窄患者的护理价值显著,能够明显降低并发症的发生概率,可推广应用。

Objective To study the nursing cooperation of postoperative pulmonary artery branch stenosis after percutaneous vascular stent placement for complicated congenital heart disease.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with postoperative pulmonary artery branch stenosis after percutaneous vascular stent placement for complicated congenital heart disease who were admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected as research objects.The routine group(n=60)was given routine nursing while the high-quality group(n=60)was given perioperative high-quality nursing.The clinical curative effects,complication rate,nursing satisfaction and quality of life of patients of the two groups were evaluated.Results The effective rate of nursing of the high-quality group was 91.67%,which was significantly higher than that of the routine group(P<0.05).The complication rate in the high-quality group was 5%,which was significantly lower than that in the routine group(P<0.05).The satisfaction score of nursing of the high-quality group was(90.09±0.41),which was significantly higher than that of the routine group(P<0.05).General health(GH),physiological function(PF),role physical(RP),body pain(BP),vitality(VT),social function(SF),role emotional(RE)and mental health(MH)scores of the high-quality were all significantly higher than those of the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative high-quality nursing for patients with postoperativepulmonary artery branch stenosis after percutaneous vascular stent placement for complicated congenital heart diseasehas significant nursing values.It can significantly reduce the incidence of complications,which can be promoted and applied.
