肺心病并发冠心病60例临床分析运用

Clinical analysis of 60 cases of pulmonary heart disease complicated with coronary heart disease

目的分析在肺心病并发冠心病患者当中,其主要临床特点、检查与治疗情况等。方法选取我院2018年1~12月收治的60例肺心病并发冠心病患者作为研究组,再选择同时间段内60例单纯肺心病患者作为参照组,对两组患者的心电图检查结果、不适症状等情况进行对比观察,并给予研究组患者综合治疗,分析其临床疗效。结果研究组患者心房颤动以及高血压、高血脂等情况均多于参照组,不适症状更多,研究组患者接受综合治疗后有4例患者治疗无效,其余患者治疗情况较好,两组患者的相关数据比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对肺心病并发冠心病患者而言,医生需要对其各方面情况进行全面分析,并为其选择科学的治疗方案,以确保其临床症状得到有效控制。

Objective To analyze main clinical features,examination and treatment of patients with pulmonary heart disease complicated with coronary heart disease.Methods 60 patients with pulmonary heart disease complicated with coronary heart disease who were admitted and treated in our hospital from January to December 2018 were selected as research objects in the study group.60 patients with simple pulmonary heart disease at the same time were selected as the reference group.The results of electrocardiogram examination and uncomfortable symptoms were compared and observed between the two groups.Patients in the study group were given comprehensive treatment.Clinical curative effects were analyzed.Results Patients in the study group had more atrial fibrillation,hypertension and hyperlipidemia than the reference group,and the uncomfortable symptoms were more.After receiving comprehensive treatment,4 patients in the study group failed to respond to treatment,while the rest of the patients were in good condition.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with pulmonary heart disease complicated with coronary heart disease,doctors need to make a comprehensive analysis of all aspects of their situation and choose a scientific treatment program for them to ensure that their clinical symptoms are effectively controlled.
