慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者用糖皮质激素治疗效果

Curative effects of glucocorticoid in treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease during acute exacerbation

目的研究慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者用糖皮质激素治疗效果。方法选取本院2016年2月~2018年6月接收的82例慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者,经电脑随机抽选分组,对照组41例应用常规疗法,研究组41例基于此应用糖皮质激素治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果两组患者治疗前的FVC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC、PO2、PCO2、pH等指标对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,两组患者FVC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC、PO2、PCO2、pH等指标有所改善,且明显优于治疗前,而研究组患者FVC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC、PCO2、pH等指标以及用药有效率均明显高于对照组,PO2明显低于对照组(P<0.05),所有患者均无不良反应。结论慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者用糖皮质激素治疗效果较好,能有效提高患者肺功能指标,控制喘息、咳嗽等症状,且用药不良反应较少。

Objective To study the curative effect of glucocorticoid in treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease during acute exacerbation.Methods 82 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease during acute exacerbation who were admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to June 2108 were selected in the study.They were grouped by random sampling by computer.41 patients in the control group were treated with routine therapy while 41 patients in the study group were treated with glucocorticoid based on this therapy.Curative effects of two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there were no differences in FVC,FEV1,FEV1/FVC,PO2,PCO2,pH and other indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,FVC,FEV1,FEV1/FVC,PO2,PCO2,pH and other indexes in the two groups were all improved and were significantly better than those before treatment.The FVC,FEV1,FEV1/FVC,PCO2,pH and medication efficiency in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and PO2 was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).All patients had no adverse reaction.Conclusion The curative effect of glucocorticoid in treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease during acute exacerbation is better.It can effectively improve pulmonary function indexes and control wheezing,cough and other symptoms,and there are fewer adverse reactions.
