构建具有中国特色现代学徒制是高职教育服务社会经济发展的需要,是推动校企合作,深化工学结合、产教融合的有效途径;是促进素质教育,培养学生责任意识、创新精神与实践技能的重要手段。基于国家对现代学徒制试点的重视,提升培养水平与就业质量的自我需求,我院与吉林大药房股份有限公司协议成立现代学徒制班,对现代学徒制人才培养模式进行了初步的探索。

The construction of modern apprenticeship system with Chinese characteristics is the need of higher vocational education to serve social and economic development,and it is an effective way to promote school-enterprise cooperation,deepen the integration of work with study and production-education integration.It is an important means to promote quality education,cultivate students􀆳sense of responsibility,innovative spirit and practical skills.Heilongjiang Agricultural Economy Vocational College and Jilin Pharmacy co.,ltd.set up a modern apprenticeship class to make a preliminary exploration on the training mode of modern apprenticeship.
