任职教育院校精品课程建设的理性思考与实践探索——以舰面航空保障装备精品课程为例

精品课程建设是全面提高教学质量和人才培养质量的载体,为适应任职教育院校实战型人才的培养需求,应积极探索任职教育院校精品课程建设的内涵和规律。文章以舰面航空保障装备精品课程建设为例,首先,结合国家精品课程标准要求,融合实战和创新理念,提出舰面航空保障装备精品课程体系全面统筹建设思路。然后,突出军队任职教育特色,准确定位,深入开展舰面航空保障装备精品课程建设的实践探索,针对教学内容体系、教学训练模式、教学保障平台和服务部队机制四个方面归纳出精品课程建设的创新机制。精品课程建设的实践探索对深化特色任职教育教学改革、提升任职教育院校核心竞争力具有重要意义。

The construction of excellent courses is the carrier of improving teaching quality and personnel training quality in an all-round way.In order to meet the training needs of practical talents in post education institutions,we should actively explore the connotation and rules of the construction of excellent courses in post education institutions.This paper takes the construction of excellent course of surface aviation support equipment as an example.Firstly,combining with the requirements of national excellent course standards,integrating the actual combat and innovative ideas,the paper puts forward the idea of overall construction of excellent course system of surface aviation support equipment.Then it highlights the characteristics of military service education,accurately positioned,and deeply explores the practice of the construction of excellent course of surface aviation support equipment.It summarizes the innovative mechanism of excellent course construction from four aspects as teaching content system,teaching training mode,teaching support platform and service mechanism.The practical exploration of the construction of excellent courses is of great significance to deepening the teaching reform of characteristic post education and enhancing the core competitiveness of post education institutions.
