“一带一路”契机下的促国际化人才培养——以中国石油大学(北京)为例

Promoting the Internationalization of Talent Training under the Background of"Belt and Road"--Taking China University of Petroleum Beijing as an Example

“一带一路”战略(倡议)是进一步提高我国对外开放水平的重大战略构想,一带一路战略(倡议)的实施离不开能源合作,而能源问题的解决,离不开国际化人才的培养,一带一路战略(倡议)为进一步推进我国高等教育国际化提供了重大战略机遇,同时也带来了一些挑战。文章以中国石油大学(北京)为例,从“引进来”“、走出去”两个方面梳理了能源领域行业院校在推进一带一路国际化人才培养上遇到的问题及瓶颈,就问题产生的原因进行了分析,并从调整学科设置、借助联盟平台、打造留学基地、扩大宣传、拓展合作项目等五个方面提出了对策,旨在加大与“一带一路”国家和地区的教育交流与合作,促进国际化人才培养。

The"Belt and Road Initiative"is a major strategic concept to further improve China's openness to the outside world.The implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative requires energy cooperation,and the solution of energy problems cannot be separated from the cultivation of international talents.The Belt and Road Initiative provides lots of opportunities to further promote the internationalization of China's higher education,but it also brings some challenges.Taking China University of Petroleum-Beijing as an example,this paper sorts out the problems encountered in promoting the international talents cultivation in universities of energy field from the aspects of"bringing in"and"going out",analyzes the cause of the problem,from the five aspects of adjusting the discipline setting,using the alliance platform,building the study base,expanding publicity,and expanding cooperation projects,the countermeasures are proposed.It aims to increase educational exchanges and cooperation with the"Belt and Road"countries and regions,and promote international talent training.
