基于卓越工程师教育计划2.0的本科汽车商务专业校企合作办学培养模式研究

卓越工程师教育计划2.0目的在于成功培养卓越工程师。烟台大学汽车商务专业在校企合作参与的卓越工程师教育计划培养模式与方法上进行了积极的研究和实践,文章试图系统地讨论和研究卓越工程师教育计划参与校企合作开展本科汽车商务卓越工程师培养这一重要问题,文章期望为卓越工程师教育计划提供参与高校和企业合作,培养卓越工程师的建议和参考。文章主要针对汽车商务专业卓越工程师教育培养加以分析,分别从卓越工程师教育培养模式现状与不足、汽车商务专业卓越工程师人才培训方案现状、汽车商务专业卓越工程师培养模式的主要环节与内容、卓越工程师校企合作的主要方式等几个方面进行介绍。认识到汽车商务专业卓越工程师教育培养的重要性,目的是全面掌握优秀的工程师教育培养模式,提高汽车商务专业培训的质量。

The Program for Educating and Training Outstanding Engineers(PETOE)2.0aims to successfully train engineers of excellence.Yantai University's automotive business major has actively researched and practiced the training model and method of the PETOE involving school-enterprise cooperation.This article attempts to systematically discuss and study the PETOE to participate in school-enterprise cooperation to develop undergraduate automotive business outstanding engineer training.On this important issue,this article looks forward to providing suggestions and references for participating in university-enterprise cooperation and cultivating outstanding engineers for the education program for distinguished engineers.This article mainly analyzes the education and training of outstanding engineers in the automotive business specialty,from the current status and shortcomings of the education training model of outstanding engineers,the current status of the training program for outstanding engineers in the automotive business specialty,the main links and contents of the training model of the outstanding engineers in the automotive business specialty,and the excellent engineering school.The main ways of business cooperation are introduced in several aspects.Recognizing the importance of the education and training of outstanding engineers in the automotive business major,the purpose is to comprehensively master the outstanding engineer education and training model and improve the quality of automotive business professional training.
