As the optimization and upgrading of China's industrial structure continues to accelerate,the development of the pharmaceutical industry has entered the fast track.The concept of graduate education in higher education institutions should be continuously adjusted as the changing demand for talents in pharmaceutical companies.Through investigation and analysis of enterprise needs,this article discusses the problems and countermeasures in the process of cultivating graduate students in pharmacy,and provides a reference for reforming the mode of graduate education.
