高校基层党支部共建若干问题的思考

高校基层党组织建设,是保证党对高等教育坚强领导的重要举措。开展高校基层党支部共建,有助于促进不同党组织之间加强相互联系,从而构成新的有机互联的组织系统,最终实现优势互补、资源共享、合作共进。文章从高校基层党支部共建的内涵与意义、模式与实施、经验及存在的问题等三个方面展开探讨,积极探索高校基层党组织共建的新思路、新方法,为高校基层创新型党组织建设提供借鉴与参考。

The construction of grass-roots party organizations in colleges and universities is an important measure to ensure the party's strong leadership in higher education.The establishment of grass-roots party organizations in colleges and universities will help promote the strengthening of mutual relations between different party organizations,thus forming a new organic and interconnected organizational system,and ultimately achieving complementary advantages,resource sharing,and cooperation.This paper explores the connotation and significance,mode and implementation,experience and existing problems of the grassroots party branches'construction in colleges and universities,and actively explores new ideas and methods for the construction of grassroots party organizations in colleges and universities,so as to provide reference for the construction of innovative grass-roots party organizations in colleges and universities.
