After 40 years of carrying out "Opening-up and Reform" strategy, China has achieved a lot on society development. Entering a new era, people begin to pursue a better life. Basically, the need of a better is essentially a spiritual need, which belongs to advanced ones centering on beauty, respect and self-fulfillment. From the perspectives of global economy development principles, the paper discusses and explains the main production resources and important changes of industrial chain while domestic economy entering into the era of accelerated rise of the spiritual economy. Intellectuality and talents become the most significant production factors. Cultural and creative industries is growing to be the first and new driving industries.
