基于相似性分析的主动再制造优化设计方法

摘要 主动再制造可以有效控制再制造毛坯状况的不确定性和复杂性,进一步推动再制造工程的工业化发展。结合主动再制造基本理论与内涵,提出基于相似性分析的优化设计方法。首先从生命周期角度,分析再制造时域决策中产品性能演化的影响,提取出产品的主动再制造设计需求。同时基于结构相似理论,分析相似性结构设计参数与其性能之间的定量映射关系,建立性能相似性分析模型。而后基于该模型,构建优化参数及目标函数,提出基于相似性分析的主动再制造优化设计方法。最后通过发动机连杆优化设计实验来验证该方法的有效性及可行性。 Predecisional remanufacturing could effectively control the uncertainty and complexity of the remanufacturing cores,and further promoted the industrialization development of remanufacturing engineering. With the basic theory and connotation of predecisional remanufacturing,the optimization design method based on similarity analyzing for predecisional remanufacturing was presented. First,informed by the life cycle,the influence of timing decision on product performance in predecisional remanufacturing was analyzed,and the design demands of predecisional remanufacturing were presented. Then,based on the concept of structural similarity,the quantitative mapping relationship between the structure parameters and its performance were studied. The performance similarity analyzing model was established. Thus,after analyzing the optimization parameters and objective functions, the optimization design method based on similarity analyzing for predecisional remanufacturing was given. Finally,the case study on the engine connecting rod was given to validate the validity and feasibility of this method.
