摘要
以起重机械中广泛应用的电力液压鼓式制动器为研究对象,确定传感器安装位置,搭建硬件电路并编制配套的下位机程序,将检测装置调试至稳定状态,并将检测装置安装在模拟制动试验台进行台架制动试验,对其检测性能进行试验验证。试验结果表明,所设计的起重机制动器摩擦系数检测装置可通过液晶显示器对被检测量实时显示,并将数据通过串口通信传输至上位机进行相关曲线绘制及数据保存,且所测数据符合制动摩擦学规律。该装置具有便携以及快速检测的特点,易于安装,可为起重机制动器的现场检测以及故障排查提供便利,能够有效防止事故的发生。
The research takes the electric hydraulic drum brakes widely used in lifting machinery,the position of the sensor is determined,the hardware circuit is built and the microcomputer program is programmed. The test device is commissioned to the steady state and the device is installed in the mixed dynamic test bench to verify the test performance. The test results show that the test data can be demonstrated on a liquid crystal display with the friction coefficient detection device of the crane,and the data is transmitted to the host computer through serial communication to carry out the correlation curve drawing and data preservation,and the measured data meet the tribological law.The device is easy to install on the tested brake,and it collects data quickly. The device can facilitateon-site testing and troubleshooting for the crane brake. It can effectively prevent the occurrence of the accident.
