摘要
介绍了一种从含有烃类有机物的化工生产气体脱除CO2后,脱碳溶液再生尾气排放达到环保指标的多级闪蒸处理方法及其工艺流程、工艺特点、现场应用情况,采用该方法对压力3.45 MPa的循环气进行处理,其中循环气量为30 5961.6 m^3/h,φ(CO2)为14.31%,烃类(φ)为12.65%,醇、醛、酸、酮(φ)合计为1.033%。处理后,再生气中非甲烷烃类质量浓度为101 mg/m^3,残余在溶液中的非甲烷烃类质量为2.66 kg/h,醇、酸、酮质量减小至8.76 kg/h,符合环保运行的要求。
A multi-stage flash evaporation treatment method and its process flow, process characteristics and field application are introduced. The multi-stage flash evaporation method can remove CO2 from the chemical production gas containing hydrocarbon organics, and the regeneration tail gas of the decarbonization solution can reach the environmental protection index.The recycle gas with pressure of 3.45 MPa is treated by this method. The recycle gas volume is 305 961.6 m^3/h, φ(CO2) is 14.31%, hydrocarbon(φ) is 12.65%, the total volume fraction of alcohol, aldehyde, acid and ketone is 1.033%. After treatment, the non methane hydrocarbon(ρ) in the regeneration gas is 101 mg/m^3, the mass of non methane hydrocarbon remaining in the solution is 2.66 kg/h, and the mass of alcohol, acid and ketone is reduced to 8.76 kg/h, which can meet the requirements of environmental protection operation.
