摘要
针对某液化气厂混合制冷剂循环液化工艺能耗较大的问题,考察了制冷剂参数对装置能耗的影响,采用响应面分析法对制冷剂运行工艺参数进行了优化,同时采用Design Expert中混料试验法对制冷剂配比进行了优化,并通过Aspen HYSYS模拟现场工况验证了优化方法的可靠性。优化改造后装置制冷剂循环量由83 567 kg/h降为73 692 kg/h,单位能耗由398.269 kWh降为374.815 kWh,年节约成本400万。该改造节能效果显著,有较好的经济效益和工业化应用前景。
Aiming at the problem of large energy consumption of mixed refrigerant circulating liquefaction process in a LPG plant, the influence of refrigerant parameters on the energy consumption of the unit is investigated. The response surface method is used to optimize the refrigerant operation process parameters. Meanwhile, the mixture design of Design Expert is used to optimize the refrigerant composite.The reliability of the optimization method is verified by Aspen HYSYS simulation. After optimization,the circulating amount of refrigerant decreases from 83 567 kg/h to 73 692 kg/h, the energy consumption is reduced from 398.269 kWh to 374.815 kWh,and the annual cost is saved by 4 million.The energy saving effect of the transformation is significant,and it has good economic benefits and industrial application prospects.
