糖尿病人群G-6-PD筛查对防治溶血性贫血的临床意义研究

Clinical significance of G-6-PD screening on the prevention and treatment of hemolytic anemia in diabetic population

目的研究糖尿病人群G-6-PD筛查对防治溶血性贫血的临床意义。方法选择2019年本院收治的糖尿病伴有急性并发症的126例患者作为研究对象,随机分为A、B两组,每组各63例。所有患者均进行血清G-6-PD检测:A组出院后检测,且未进行溶血性贫血预防性干预;B组入院时检测,对检测后的阳性患者进行溶血性贫血预防性干预。记录A、B两组G-6-PD阳性例数,以及溶血性贫血发生例数。结果(1)A组中,G-6-PD阳性患者(9/13,69.23%)发生溶血性贫血的比例明显高于G-6-PD阴性患者(9/50,18.00%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)A、B两组G-6-PD阳性患者发生溶血性贫血的例数分别为9例(9/13,69.23%)、2例(2/12,16.67%),B组明显低于A组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论G-6-PD检测结果与溶血性贫血的发生存在一定相关性,G-6-PD阳性患者发生溶血性贫血的可能性较大,而通过预防性干预可以有效降低溶血性贫血的发生率。

Objective To study the clinical significance of G-6-PD screening for the prevention and treatment of hemolytic anemia in diabetic population.Methods In 2019,126 patients with acute complications of diabetes were selected as study objects.They were divided into two groups,A and B,with 63 cases each.All patients were tested for G-6-PD:Group A was tested after discharge,and there was no preventive intervention for hemolytic anemia;Group B was tested when the patients were admitted to the hospital,and the positive patients were given preventive intervention for hemolytic anemia.The positive cases of G-6-PD and the incidence of hemolytic anemia in group A and group B were recorded.Results In group A,the incidence of hemolytic anemia in G-6-PD positive patients(9/13,69.23%)was significantly higher than that in G-6-PD negative patients(9/50,18.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The case of hemolytic anemia in G-6-PD positive patients in group B(2/12,16.67%)was significantly lower than that in group A(9/13,69.23%),with statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions There is a certain correlation between G-6-PD test results and the occurrence of hemolytic anemia.Patients with positive G-6-PD are more likely to develop hemolytic anemia,and preventive intervention could effectively reduce the incidence of hemolytic anemia.
