摘要
目的探析人生长分化因子3(GDF3)、前列腺特异抗原(PSA)、MUC1蛋白联合检测在乳腺癌患者早期诊断中的临床价值。方法分析2013年1月—2015年11月在本院接受治疗的62例乳腺癌患者(A组)的临床资料,选取同期接受诊治的56例乳腺良性疾患者(B组)和接受健康体检的45例正常健康者(C组)作为本次研究的对照组。比较三组患者的一般资料、血清PSA、MUC1及GDF3水平。结果三组患者的一般资料无明显统计学差异(P>0.05)。A组患者的血清PSA、MUC1及GDF3水平明显高于B、C组(P<0.05)。PSA+MUC1+GDF3联合检测的敏感度、特异度及准确度均明显高于单项检测(P<0.05)。结论PSA+MUC1+GDF3联合检测在乳腺癌患者的早期诊断中具有重要的临床价值,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical value of the join-detection of growth differentiation factor 3(GDF3),Prostate specific antigen(PSA),MUC1 in the early diagnosis of breast cancer.Methods Clinical data of 62 patients with breast cancer(group A)those who received treatment in our hospital from January,2013 to November,2015 was retrospectively analyzed.56 patients suffered with benign breast disease(group B)and 45 normal healthy persons(group C)from our hospital during same time were chosen as the control group.The general information,the levels of the serum PSA,MUC1 and GDF3in the three groups were compared.Results The general information in three groups had no statistical difference(P>0.05).The levels of the PSA,MUC1,GDF3in group A were obviously higher than those in group B,C(P<0.05).The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of the join-detection of PSA,MUC1,GDF3 were all obviously higher than those of single assay(P<0.05).Conclusions The join-detection of PSA,MUC1,and GDF3 has important clinical value in the early diagnosis of breast cancer,which is worth promoting.
