急性脑梗死的临床治疗进展

A review of the progress of the clinical treatment of acute cerebral infarction

急性脑梗死是常见的心脑血管疾病,具有发病快、病情重等特点,在我国发病率高,严重威胁中老年人群的生命安全。目前对于急性脑梗死的治疗已取得一定进展,临床上主要包括溶栓治疗、抗血小板治疗、他汀类药物治疗及介入治疗等。本篇文章针对急性脑梗死的治疗方法研究进行综述,进而为急性脑梗死的临床治疗提供相应的理论依据。

Acute cerebral infarction(ACI)is a common cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease,which has the characteristics of rapid onset and serious illness.It has a high incidence in China and seriously threatens the life safety of middle-aged and elderly people.Some progress has been made in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction,including thrombolytic therapy,antiplatelet therapy,statins therapy and interventional therapy.This article reviews the research on the treatment of acute cerebral infarction,and then provides the corresponding theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of acute cerebral infarction.
