Study on Legal Risk and Countermeasures of QR Payment

近年来,二维码支付在购物、餐饮等生活服务中的应用越来越广泛,其交易基数和市场规模庞大,且呈现高速增长态势,但相关法律法规以及行业监管的缺位,导致用户信息泄露以及财产损失案件屡有发生。本文通过分析二维码支付场景中存在的法律风险,提出针对性解决对策,以期为我国电子支付行业的健康稳定发展提供参考。

In recent years,QR code payment has been widely used in shopping,catering and other life services.Its transaction amount and market scale are huge and appears a high-speed growth trend.But the lack of relevant laws,regulations and industry supervision leads to many cases of leakage of user information and damage of property.This paper analyzes the legal risks existing in the QR code payment and proposes countermeasures to provide a reference for the healthy and stable development of China’s electronic payment industry.
