摘要
目前大多输油管道泄漏在线监测系统所采用的负压波法存在不足,无法准确识别因管道腐蚀等原因导致的逐步加剧的泄漏。本文针对这一问题,探究运用超声波流量计进行负压波法监测系统的改进,使得系统基于对管道压力与流量平衡两项参数的实时检测分析,实现对不同类型管道泄漏的精准定位和预警。为了保障检测精度以及监测系统运行的可靠性,探讨了超声波流量计的安装与系统调试、检测要点。
at present,the negative pressure wave method used in most oil pipeline leakage on-line monitoring systems is insufficient to accurately identify the gradually increasing leakage caused by pipeline corrosion and other reasons.Aiming at this problem,this paper explores the improvement of negative pressure wave monitoring system by using ultrasonic flowmeter,which makes the system realize accurate positioning and early warning of different types of pipeline leakage based on the real-time detection and analysis of two parameters of pipeline pressure and flow balance.In order to ensure the detection accuracy and the reliability of the monitoring system,The key points of installation,system debugging and testing of ultrasonic flowmeter are discussed.
