摘要 随着积极组织行为学的兴起,幽默型领导逐渐成为领导力研究中备受关注的主题。区别于其他领导方式,幽默型领导通过在组织中营造轻松愉快的工作氛围,改善员工的情绪和心理状态,最终影响了工作态度和行为。重点关注了幽默型领导和工作满意度之间的关系,在介绍了相关概念的基础上,梳理了二者之间的关系,并且分析总结了不同视角下幽默型领导对工作满意度的影响机制,最后提出了对未来研究的展望。 With the rise of active organizational behavior, humorous leadership has gradually become a subject of great concern in leadership research. Different from other leadership styles, humorous leaders improve the emotional and psychological state of employees by creating a relaxed and pleasant working atmosphere in the organization,which ultimately affects work attitudes and behaviors. Focused on the relationship between humorous leadership and job satisfaction, based on the introduction of related concepts, combed the relationship between the two, and analyzed and summarized the impact mechanism of humorous leadership on job satisfaction from different perspectives. Finally, the outlook for future research is put forward.
