JCI Concept for Rational Drug Use Indicator Control Practice

目的控制医院不合理费用增长,促进合理用药。方法应用JCI标准对医院用药情况进行管控,并对比2016年(管控前)、2017年(管控中)、2018年(管控后)医院合理用药指标数据,分析其变化。结果医院采取一系列措施后,药占比、次均药品费用、质子泵抑制剂使用金额及重点监控辅助用药使用金额及占比均有明显下降。结论医院借助信息化干预等系列措施,有效降低了药占比、次均药品费用,促进了抗菌药物、辅助用药和质子泵抑制剂的合理使用,极大地提高了医院的合理用药水平及医院管理水平。

Objective To control hospital cost growth and promote rational drug use. Methods The JCI standard was used to control the drug use in the hospital,and the data of the rational drug use indicators of the hospital in 2016( before control),2017( during control),and 2018( after control) were compared to analyze the changes. Results After the hospital adopted a series of measures,the proportion of medicines,the average drug cost per second,the amount of proton pump inhibitors used,and the amount and proportion of auxiliary drugs used for monitoring were all reduced. Conclusion With the help of information-based intervention and other measures,the hospital has effectively reduced the proportion of drugs and the average drug cost,promoted the rational use of antibacterial drugs,auxiliary drugs and proton pump inhibitors,and greatly improved the rational drug use level and hospital management level.
