中国省域文化产业与科技创新的系统耦合机理及耦合协调度分析

Analysis on System Coupling Mechanism and Coupling Coordination Degree of China’s Provincial Cultural Industry and S&T Innovation

基于文化产业与科技创新系统耦合机理,利用物理学中的耦合协调模型,建立文化产业与科技创新系统耦合协调模型,并通过构建较为科学全面的文化产业与科技创新系统指标体系,对中国30个省份的耦合协调度进行评价和比较分析。研究发现:①中国省域文化产业与科技创新系统的耦合协调度总体表现一般,文化产业与科技创新的协调互动发展不够。②从区域维度来看,东部地区的文化产业与科技创新系统耦合协调度要明显优于中西部地区,极度协调和高度协调的省份都分布在东部地区,且东部地区科技创新子系统的综合序参量总体上要高于文化产业子系统的综合序参量,科技创新对文化产业发展的支撑作用更加明显。③从时间维度来看,考察期内各省份的系统耦合协调度总体上处于上升趋势,高度协调、中度协调的省份有所增加,低度协调的省份逐渐减少,文化产业与科技创新的融合互动效应不断增强。

Based on the analysis of the coupling mechanism between cultural industry and S&T innovation system,the coupling coordination model of physics is used to establish the coupling and coordination model of cultural industry and S&T innovation system,and through the construction of a scientific and comprehensive index system of cultural industry and S&T innovation system.The coupling coordination degree of 30 provinces in China was evaluated and compared.The results show:①The coupling coordination degree of China's provincial cultural industry and S&T innovation system is generally average,the coordinated development of cultural industry and technological innovation is not enough.②From the perspective of regional dimension,the coupling coordination degree of cultural industry and S&T innovation system in the eastern region is obviously better than that in the central and western regions.The extremely coordinated and highly coordinated provinces are distributed in the eastern region.And the comprehensive order parameters of the S&T innovation subsystems in the eastern region are generally higher than the comprehensive order parameters of the cultural industry subsystems,that means the supporting role of S&T innovations in the development of cultural industries is more obvious.③From the time dimension,the system coupling coordination degree of each province is generally on the rise during the inspection period,the provinces with high coordination and moderate coordination have increased,the provinces with low coordination have gradually decreased,the integration and interaction effects of cultural industries and S&T innovations continue to increase.
