“一带一路”背景下FDI对河南省经济增长质量的影响研究

Research on the Impact of Foreign Direct Investment of Henan Province on Economic Growth Quality under the Background of "the Belt and Road"

在“一带一路”建设不断深入的背景下,文章基于2001-2017年的时间序列数据研究河南省外商直接投资对经济增长质量的影响,其中经济增长质量从经济增长的稳定性、可持续性与效率性三方面建立综合评价指标体系,采用熵值法进行测评得到。研究结果表明河南省经济增长质量呈现稳定上升趋势,但经济增长质量水平较低;作为控制变量的产业结构对经济增长质量有促进作用,作为控制变量的城镇化水平对经济增长质量无显著作用,可能是由于城镇化发展质量不高、与第三产业存在相关关系;在产业结构与城镇化水平控制变量下,外商直接投资对经济增长质量有显著的促进作用,外商直接投资增加1%,经济增长质量提高0.628%。针对以上结果,为使外商直接投资更好地促进河南省经济增长质量发展提出建议。

Study on the impact of foreign direct investment in Henan province on economic growth quality based on 2001-2017 time series data in the background of the construction of"the Belt and Road".Among them,the quality of economic growth is based on the stability,sustainability and efficiency of economic growth to establish a comprehensive evaluation index system,using entropy method for evaluation.The results show that the quality of economic growth in Henan province shows a steady upward trend,but the quality of economic growth is low;The industrial structure as a control variable has a positive effect on the quality of economic growth.The level of urbanization as a control variable has no significant effect on the quality of economic growth,probably due to the low quality of urbanization development and the correlation with the tertiary industry;under the control variables of industrial structure and urbanization level,foreign direct investment has a significant role in promoting the quality of economic growth,foreign direct investment increased by 1%,and the quality of economic growth increased by 0.627634%.In response to the above results,suggestions are made for foreign direct investment to better promote the quality of economic growth in Henan Province.
