循证药物经济学评价在药学服务中的应用

目的回顾循证药物经济学相关文献,简要介绍循证药物经济学评价的概念、主要任务和特点。方法分析循证药物经济学评价在药学服务中的具体应用。结果与结论循证药物经济学评价可为不同治疗方案的选择、同类药物不同药物剂型及不同给药途径、不同药物研发类型的选择、特定医疗服务项目的价值评估等提供具有积极成本效果的医疗决策,促进合理用药。在技术评估、药师工作绩效等方面,循证药物经济学评价对药学服务价值体现及其发展也具有一定的积极意义。

Objective To briefly introduce the definition,main tasks and characteristics of evidence-based pharmacoeconomic evaluation by reviewing relevant literatures on evidence-based pharmacoeconomic evaluation. Methods The application of evidence-based pharmacoeconomic evaluation in pharmaceutical services was analyzed. Results and Conclusion Evidence-based pharmacoeconomic evaluation could provide cost-effective medical decisions when faced with various drug treatments,dosage forms and administration routes,original drugs or generic drugs,and value assessment of specific medical services,etc.,and further promote the rational drug use. These applications benefit a lot in technological evaluation and pharmacist’s performance assessment,which might contribute to the value embodiment and development of pharmaceutical services.
