摘要 微生物修复技术是一种治理石油污染土壤的有效、重要的技术手段,具有高效、安全、经济、无二次污染等优点。微生物表面活性剂比化学合成表面活性剂具有更多优点,在提高石油烃的生物可利用性上更加高效,提高了微生物对石油烃的降解效率。因此,越来越多的国内外学者关注于微生物表面活性剂强化石油污染土壤降解的生物修复技术,现阶段我国应优先考虑使用的处理技术。文章的研究重点是在自然环境中分离微生物进行富集培养,分离选育出能产生表面活性剂的优良石油降解菌种,并对其产生的表面活性剂进行离子分析、薄层分析、红外光谱分析等,确定菌株产生的表面活性剂为糖脂类阴离子型表面活性剂。 Microbiological remediation technology is an effective and important technical means to treat oil-polluted soil.It has the advantages of high efficiency,safety,economy and no secondary pollution.Microbial surfactant has more advantages than synthetic surfactants,in improving oil hydrocarbon on the biological availability of more efficient,improve the efficiency of the microbial degradation of petroleum hydrocarbons.Thus more and more domestic and foreign scholars focus on the microbial surfactant strengthen the degradation of petroleum contaminated soil bioremediation technology,priority should be given to the use of technology in our country at present stage.Research emphasis of the paper is in a natural environment separating microorganism enrichment culture,breeding separation can produce excellent surfactant oil degradation strains,and the analyses ion surfactant and thin layer analysis,infrared spectrum analysis,etc.,to determine the strain of surfactant for sugar,lipid anionic surfactant.
