摘要 变频器具有节约能源的显著优势,其因可以方便、灵活、精准调节流量,广泛受到工艺操作者青睐,变频器已成为氧化铝生产中不可或缺的设备。但是,变频器带来种种便利的同时,也给电力电网带来越来越严重的谐波污染,变频器产生的谐波电流会造成变压器及输电线路发热、电机绝缘和轴承损坏、无功补偿器过载、保护装置误动作及变频器意外跳闸、干扰其它电子设备等危害。文章着重介绍变频器谐波产生的原因及谐波危害,并举例说明氧化铝厂电力配电系统通过采用变频器输入输出端增加电抗器、配电室进线端安装无源滤波器和有源滤波器、隔膜泵变频器使用多脉冲的整流器等方法来抑制谐波污染的效果。 The Inverter has the obvious advantage of saving energy,for its convenient,flexible,accurate adjustment of flow,widely favored by the process operator.Inverter has become an indispensable equipment in alumina production.However,the inverter brings various benefits but also brings more and more serious harmonic pollution to the power grid.The harmonic current generated by the inverter can cause the transformer and transmission line heating,the motor insulation and bearing damage,the reactive compensator overload,the protection device misoperation and the inverter unexpected trip,interference with other electronic equipment and other hazards.This paper introduces the causes of inverter harmonics and harmonic wave,and gives an example of how the alumina plant power distribution system increases the reactor by using the inverter input and output end,and installs passive filter and active filter at the feed-in end of the distribution room,and diaphragm pump inverters using multi-pulse rectifiers to suppress harmonics pollution effect.
