Objective To explore the effect of combined treatment of biofeedback-electrical stimulation and pelvic floor muscle exercise in postpartum pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation. Methods A total of 300 women from 6 to 8 weeks after delivery in our hospital from April 1,2016 to December 31,2017 were randomly divided into A,B and C groups, with 100 cases in each group.Group A was biofeedback group,Group B was Kegel training group,Group C was not any intervention, the recovery of 3 groups were compared and analyzed. Results Six months after delivery, the ratio of degree I in group A was higher than that in group B and C(P<0.05),and the incidence of stress urinary incontinence in group A was significantly lower than that in group B and C(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of biofeedback-electrical stimulation and pelvic floor muscle exercise can prevent stress urinary incontinence and improve the prognosis of puerpera.
