负压创面治疗技术对慢性溃疡创面的修复效果研究

Repair Effect of Negative Pressure Wound Therapy on Chronic Ulcer Wounds

目的探究负压创面治疗技术(NPWT)在慢性溃疡创面修复方面的效果。方法选取2017年12月至2019年5月北京右安门医院治疗的32例慢性溃疡创面患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字分组法将其分为对照组和NPWT组,每组16例。对照组采用常规方式治疗,NPWT组采用NPWT治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果及疗效相关指标。结果NPWT组患者治疗总有效率(93.75%)高于对照组患者(56.25%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。NPWT组患者创面修复时间、治疗完成后创面面积、住院时间、溃疡复发率均低于对照组患者;治疗结束后肉芽覆盖率高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性溃疡创面应用NPWT修复效果显著,可以加快患者创面修复速度,缩短溃疡创面愈合时间,临床应用价值较高。

Objective To explore the effect of negative pressure wound therapy(NPWT)on chronic ulcer wound repair.Methods A total of patients with chronic ulcer wounds treated in Beijing Youanmen Hospital from December 2017 to May 2019 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and a NPWT group with 16 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment,while the NPWT group was treated with NPWT.The therapeutic effect and effect-related indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of NPWT group(93.75%)was higher than that of control group(56.25%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The wound healing time,wound area after treatment,hospital stay and ulcer recurrence rate of patients in NPWT group were all lower than those in the control group,granulation coverage rate after treatment was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion NPWT has a remarkable effect in the repair of chronic ulcer wounds.It can accelerate the repair speed and shorten the healing time of ulcer wounds with a high clinical value.
