腹腔镜手术治疗肝硬化合并胆囊结石患者的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Laparoscopic Surgery on Patients with Cirrhosis and Gallstones

目的研究肝硬化合并胆囊结石患者实施腹腔镜手术治疗的临床效果。方法选取山东省曲阜市人民医院2018年3月至2019年4月收治的肝硬化合并胆囊结石患者80例为研究对象,将其按照数字随机表格的方法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组患者实施传统开腹胆囊切除手术进行治疗,观察组患者则采取腹腔镜手术治疗,比较两组患者的手术时间、住院时间、术后出血量以及术后并发症的发生情况。结果观察组患者的手术治疗时间、术中出血量、住院时间及并发症发生率均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对肝硬化合并胆囊结石患者,采取腹腔镜手术治疗的方法,不仅可以缩短患者手术时间、住院时间,还可以有效的减少患者术中出血量以及术后并发症的发生率,值得在临床上进行使用和推广。

Objective To study the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery in patients with cirrhosis and gallstones.Methods From March 2018 to April 2019,A total of 80 patients with cirrhosis and cholecystolithiasis admitted to People's Hospital of Qufu City were selected as research subjects and divided into the control group and the observation group,40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with traditional cholecystectomy,while patients in the observation group were treated with laparoscopic surgery.The operative time,length of stay,postoperative blood loss and complications were compared between the two groups.Results In the observation group,the operative time,intraoperative blood loss,hospitalization time,and incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with cirrhosis and gallstones,laparoscopic surgery can not only shorten the time of surgery and hospital stay,but also effectively reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss and the incidence of postoperative complications,which is worthy of clinical use and promotion.
