IMRT放疗与普通放疗治疗局部晚期宫颈癌临床效果比较

Comparison of Clinical Effects of IMRT Radiotherapy and General Radiotherapy for Locally Advanced Cervical Cancer

目的对比强度被调节的放射放疗(IMRT)放疗与普通放疗治疗局部晚期宫颈癌的临床效果。方法选取2017年1月至2018年4月广西科技大学第二附属医院收治的局部晚期宫颈癌患者61例,按照就诊顺序分成常规组(30例)和治疗组(31例)。常规组实施普通放疗治疗,治疗组实施IMRT放疗,比较两组局部晚期宫颈癌患者的治疗效果差异。结果常规组患者放疗后的1年内远处转移率、1年内复发率高于治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但两组放疗后的1年内死亡率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组患者放疗后的毒副作用发生率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论IMRT放疗治疗局部晚期宫颈癌患者的疗效明显优于普通放疗,能明显减少远处转移及复发现象,降低放疗毒副反应。

Objective To compare the clinical effects of IMRT radiotherapy and general radiotherapy for locally advanced cervical cancer.Methods From January 2017 to April 201861 patients with locally advanced cervical cancer in our hospital were divided into routine group(30 cases)and treatment group(31 cases).The conventional group was treated with general radiotherapy,the treatment group was treated with IMRT radiotherapy,and the treatment effect of local advanced cervical cancer was compared between the two groups.Results The rate of distant metastasis and recurrence within 1 year after radiotherapy were significantly higher in the conventional group than those in the treatment group(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in mortality between the two groups within one year after radiotherapy(P>0.05).The incidence of side effects in the treatment group was below than that in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of IMRT radiotherapy for patients with locally advanced cervical cancer is significantly better than that of ordinary radiotherapy.It can significantly reduce distant metastasis and recurrence,and reduce the side effects of radiotherapy without reducing the survival rate of patients.
