腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术对卵巢功能的影响

Effect of Laparoscopic Ovarian Cystectomy on Ovarian Function

目的观察腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术对卵巢功能的影响。方法选取2016年1月至2018年1月江苏省淮安市淮阴区妇幼保健院收治的56例卵巢囊肿患者作为此次分析对象,通过动态化随机分组的方式分为对照组和观察组,每组28例。对照组给予经腹卵巢囊肿剥除术,观察组采用腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术,比较两组性激素水平及并发症。结果观察组性激素水平(雌二醇、黄体生成素、卵泡刺激素),显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术在治疗卵巢囊肿疾病中具有显著效果,可改善患者卵巢功能,提高生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy on ovarian function.Methods From January 2016 to January 2018,56 patients with ovarian cysts admitted to Huaiyin District Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital,Huai'An City,Jiangsu Province were selected as the objects of this analysis,and grouped by dynamic random grouping method into two groups,with 28 each group.In the control group,abdominal ovarian cyst removal was performed,while in the observation group,laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal was performed.The levels of sex hormones and complications in the two groups were compared.Results The levels of sex hormones(estradiol,luteinising hormone and follicle-stimulating hormone)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The complication rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy has a significant effect in the treatment of ovarian cyst disease,which can improve the ovarian function and improve the quality of life.
