耳内镜下鼓膜穿刺治疗分泌性中耳炎的疗效分析

Theraputic Effect of Endoscopic Tympanocentesis in Secretory Otitis Media

目的探析耳内镜下鼓膜穿刺治疗分泌性中耳炎的疗效。方法选取2017年9月至2019年6月贵州医科大学附属医院及贵州医科大学附属白云医院收治的患者116例,分为常规治疗组与实验组,各58例。常规治疗组患者给予常规治疗,实验组则给予耳内镜下鼓膜穿刺治疗,对比两组临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果行耳内镜下鼓膜穿刺治疗的实验组患者治疗有效率显著高于常规治疗组(P<0.05),两组患者不良反应发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论在分泌性中耳炎的治疗中采用耳内镜鼓膜穿刺治疗疗效确切,对比常规药物治疗其治疗有效率更高,且不良反应与常规药物治疗对比无明显差异,整体安全性较高。

Objective To explore and analyze the theratupic effect of endoscopic tympanocentesis in secretory otitis media.Methods A total of 116 patients admitted to Affiliated Hopital of Guizhou Medical University and Baiyun Hospital Affiliated to Guizhou Medical University from September 2017 to June 2019 were divided into control group and experimental group,58 cases in each group.Patients in control group were given conventional therapy,while patients in experimental group were treated by endoscopic tympanocentesis.The clinical theraputic effct and adverse reaction in each group were compared.Results The effective rate of tympanocentesis under otoendoscopy in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the conventional experimental group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of secretory otitis media,endoscopic tympanic membrane puncture is effective,and the effective rate is higher than that of conventional drugs,and the adverse reactions are not significantly different from those of conventional drugs,and the overall safety is higher.
