热牙胶垂直加压法根管充填治疗慢性牙髓炎及根尖周炎的效果分析

Analysis on the Effect of Vertical Pressure Root Canal Filling with Hot Gum in the Treatment of Chronic Pulpitis and Periapical Periodontitis

目的探究热牙胶垂直加压法根管充填治疗慢性牙髓炎及根尖周炎患者的临床应用价值。方法选取2018年5月至10月扬州贝恩口腔医院收治的62例慢性牙髓炎与根尖周炎患者选为观察对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,各31例。两组患者分别给予热牙胶垂直加压法与冷压胶侧牙法根管充填治疗。观察两组患者的根管充填时间与根管充填质量。结果观察组患者根管填充时间为(44.2±7.5)s,恰填率90.32%,明显优于对照组的(76.3±8.7)s与77.42%(P<0.05)。两组治疗好转及显著的患者分别为30例与26例,总有效率分别为96.77%与83.87%(P<0.05)。结论慢性牙髓炎及根尖周炎实施热牙胶垂直加压法根管充填干预效果良好,缩短根管充填时间,又提升根管充填质量,临床应用价值较高。

Objective To explore the clinical application value of hot gum vertical compression root canal filling in the treatment of chronic pulpitis and periapical periodontitis.Methods From May to October 2018,62 patients with chronic pulpitis and periapical periodontitis were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,31 cases in each group.The two groups were treated with hot gum vertical compression and cold gum lateral compression respectively.The time and quality of root canal filling were observed.Results The filling time of root canal in the observation group was(44.2±7.5)s,the filling rate was 90.32%,which was significantly better than that in the control group(76.3±8.7)s and 77.42%(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 96.77%and 83.87%(P<0.05).Conclusion The root canal filling with hot glue vertical compression method is effective for chronic pulpitis and periapical periodontitis,which shortens the filling time and improves the quality of root canal filling.
