口腔根管治疗技术治疗牙髓及根尖周类疾病的临床价值

Clinical Value of Oral Root Canal Therapy for Dental Pulp and Periapical Diseases

目的探讨口腔根管治疗技术治疗牙髓及根尖周类疾病的临床价值。方法选取2018年6月至2019年6月在济宁市第一人民医院治疗的牙髓及根尖周类疾病患者64例,将治疗方法作为依据,分为实验组(n=32,口腔根管技术治疗)和参照组(n=32,常规根管治疗),比较两组恢复情况及治疗效果。结果实验组牙周袋深度、龈沟出血指数及牙周指数明显低于参照组,治疗有效率(93.75%)明显高于参照组(75.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将口腔根管治疗技术应用于牙髓及根尖周疾病患者的治疗中,能显著改善患者的牙周指数,恢复患者口腔健康,有效提高治疗有效率。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of oral root canal therapy for pulp and periapical diseases.Methods From June 2018 to June 2019,64 patients with pulp and periapical diseases treated in Dongyuan District of First People's Hospital of Jining City were divided into an experimental group(n=32,oral root canal therapy)and a control group(n=32,conventional root canal therapy)according to different treatment methods.The recovery and therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared.Results The periodontal pocket depth,gingival sulcus bleeding index,and periodontal index in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the effective rate of treatment(93.75%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(75.00%)with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of oral root canal therapy in the treatment of patients with pulp and periapical diseases can significantly improve the periodontal index of patients,restore the oral health of patients,and effectively improve the efficiency of treatment.
