羟苯磺酸钙联合眼底激光治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的临床效果研究

Clinical Effect of Calcium Dobesilate Combined with Fundus Laser in the Treatment of Diabetic Retinopathy

目的观察羟苯磺酸钙联合眼底激光治疗糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月溧水区人民医院收治的60例104眼III-IV期DR患者。对照组给予眼底激光治疗,试验组联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗。对比两组疗效及不良反应情况;比较两组CMT定值、视网膜新生血管荧光素渗漏面积差异。结果与对照组相比,试验组的临床有效率较高,且CMT值及视网膜新生血管荧光素渗漏面积均较低(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用羟苯磺酸钙联合眼底激光能够减少DR患者视网膜新生血管荧光素渗漏面积提高患者视力,且安全有效。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of calcium dobesilate combined with fundus laser in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy(DR).Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,60 patients(104 eyes)with stage III-IV DR in our hospital were selected.The control group was treated with fundus laser and the experimental group was treated with calcium dobesilate.The curative effect and adverse reactions of the two groups were analyzed,and the differences of CMT value and fluorescein leakage area of retinal neovascularization between the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the clinical effective rate of the experimental group was higher,and the CMT value and fluorescein leakage area of retinal neovascularization were lower(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Calcium dobesilate combined with fundus laser can reduce the area of retinal neovascularization fluorescein leakage in DR patients and improve their visual acuity,which is safe and effective.
