摘要
构建民营企业和谐劳动关系是中国经济高质量发展的重要保障。《民营企业新生代员工社会责任行为研究》一书针对新生代员工的利益需求和工作价值观特征,以增加民营企业履行员工社会责任的行为意愿和能力为目标,系统研究了民营企业新生代员工社会责任行为,不仅可以拓展企业社会责任的研究视野,还可以促进民营企业和谐劳动关系的形成。
The construction of harmonious labor relations in private enterprises is an important guarantee for the high-quality development of China's economy.According to the interest demand and work value characteristics of the new generation of employees,the book“Research on the Social Responsibility Behavior of the New Generation of Employees in Private Enterprises”systematically studies the social responsibility behavior of the new generation of employees in private enterprises,aiming at increasing the willingness and ability of the private enterprises to perform their social responsibility,which can not only expand the research vision of corporate social responsibility,but also promote the private enterprises the formation of harmonious labor relations.
