摘要
农房的成本投入及其节能效益具有一定辩证关系,是农房可持续建设的关键。文章采用绿色建筑技术的成本-效益分析方法,选取果洛州玛多县噶丹村低能耗示范农房为例,分析该农房节能技术应用与全生命周期成本。结果表明,基于与农户投资节奏相契合的建房方式,进行适宜绿色技术组合的方案设计,能够有效降低初始投入且产生较好的节能效益,符合该地区广大农户普遍的经济特征。
There is a dialectical relationship between the cost input and energy-saving benefits of rural housing, which is the key to the sustainable construction of rural housing. In this paper, the cost-benefit analysis method of green building technology is used to analyze the application of energy-saving technology and the whole life cycle cost of low-energy demonstration farm house in Gadan village, Maduo County, Golog Prefecture. The results show that based on the mode of housing construction which is consistent with the pace of farmers’ investment, the scheme design suitable for green technology combination can effectively reduce the initial investment and produce better energy-saving benefits, which is in line with the general economic characteristics of farmers in this area.
