随着现代科技在城市建设上的逐渐普及和应用,现代城市的建设越来越体现出智能化和自动化的趋势,它涵盖了医疗、交通、工业、环保、社会安全等各个方面,相关社会研究学者将未来全方位升级的城市命名为"智慧城市"。随着智慧城市的理念提出以后,它成为了当下很多国家的城市建设发展的新目标,文章探讨的就是基于时空信息云平台环境下的智慧环保城市的构建方案。

With the gradual popularization and application of modern science and technology in urban construction, the trend of intellectualization and automation is more and more reflected in the construction of modern cities, which covers medical treatment, transportation, industry, environmental protection, social security and other aspects. Relevant social scholars have named cities upgraded in all directions in the future as "Intelligent City". With the concept of intelligent city put forward, it has become a new goal of urban construction and development in many countries. This paper discusses the construction scheme of smart and environmentally friendly city based on space-time information cloud platform.
