“美丽高铁”廊道规划的探索与实践——以商合杭高铁安吉段廊道规划为例

Exploration and Practice of "Beautiful High-speed Railway" Corridor Planning——A Case Study of the Corridor Planning of Anji Section of Shanghe—Hefei—Hangzhou High-speed Railway

随着我国高速铁路网日趋完善,高铁以其便捷性、舒适性和人性化服务赢得人民群众的广泛认可。高铁列车作为行经全国的高速观光游览车,高铁沿线廊道内的环境风貌与乘客赏心悦目的精神需求还相差甚远,沿线地区的地域特色也未能有效彰显。在建设"美丽中国"的大背景下,文章针对高铁乘客的观光愿望和廊道地区提升彰显的需求,以商合杭高铁安吉段作为实证,提出并探索了"美丽高铁"廊道的规划策略和方法,以期为其他地区"美丽高铁"的规划和建设提供借鉴。

With the improvement of China’s high-speed railway network, high-speed railway has been widely recognized by the people for its convenience, comfort and humanized service. As a National High-speed Tourist Car, the environmental features along the corridors of the high-speed railway are far from the passengers’ pleasant spiritual needs,and the regional characteristics of the areas along the line have not been effectively highlighted.Under the background of building "Beautiful China", aiming at the sightseeing desire of high-speed rail passengers and the prominent demand of corridor areas, this paper takes Anji section of Shangqiu-Hefei-hangzhou high-speed railway as an example, puts forward and explores the planning strategies and methods of "Beautiful High-speed Rail" corridor, with a view to providing the planning and construction of "Beautiful High-speed Rail" in other areas.
