摘要 根据幼儿园建筑设计规范中对幼儿园安全性设计的要求,选取23个安全性影响因子对幼儿园建筑的安全等级进行客观、科学的类别划分。运用主成分分析法对指标体系进行降维处理,进而采用聚类分析法将具有相似参数的幼儿园建筑样本进行分类,并对每一类建筑的安全等级进行综合分析。根据新的分类方法,每一类幼儿园都具有各自的特点,与传统的按班级规模分类相比,该方法反映了幼儿园建筑安全性的总体特征,按照此分类进行的安全性评价将更具有针对性,能够更好地指导儿童家长择园与幼儿园建筑的细节设计,同时也为幼儿园建筑的其他方面的评价和分类提供了指导方法。 According to the requirements of kindergarten safety design in kindergarten design codes, 23 safety impact factors are selected to classify the safety level of kindergarten buildings objectively and scientifically. The principal component analysis method is used to reduce the dimension of the index system, and then the cluster construction method is used to classify the kindergarten building samples with similar parameters, and the safety level of each type of building is comprehensively analyzed. According to the new classification method, each type of kindergarten represents its own characteristics. Compared with the traditional classification by class size, this method reflects the overall characteristics of kindergarten building safety. The safety evaluation according to this classification will have more targeted, it can better guide children’s parents to choose the garden and the details of the kindergarten building, and also can provide guidance for the evaluation and classification of other aspects of the kindergarten building.
