EPC总承包模式下小城镇改造项目的工程管理研究

Research on construction management of small town reconstruction projects under EPC general contracting mode

某小城镇改造项目位于浙江省永嘉县岩头镇,项目采用EPC总承包模式。本文旨在研究EPC总承包模式下小城镇改造项目的履约现状、工程内容、施工管理问题及解决对策。通过观察法,文献研究法,定性分析法和经验总结法,形成了对于该类项目施工管理中现状问题的分析统计结果,得到了小城镇改造项目应重点了解居民的支持态度、优化施工工序,做好安全文明施工,建立农民工专用账户,做好合同风险转移和建立概算意识的结论,可为后续小城镇改造项目的工程管理提供可操作的经验。

A small town renovation project whose project management mode adopts EPC general contracting mode is located in yantou town,yongjia county,zhejiang province.This paper aims to study the status quo,project content,construction management problems and solutions of small town reconstruction projects under EPC general contract mode.Through observation method,literature research method,qualitative analysis method and experience summary method,this paper forms the analysis and statistical results of the current situation of the construction management of this kind of project.The conclusion is drawn that the reconstruction projects of small towns should focus on understanding the support attitude of residents,optimizing construction procedures,doing a good job in safe and civilized construction,establishing special accounts for migrant workers,doing a good job in contract risk transfer and establishing the consciousness of budget estimate. The study can provide practical experience for the construction management of subsequent small town reconstruction projects.
